CENTRAL SUPPORT OPENING FEATURE (DOUBLE SIDED)

The mobile elevator system in our SBM series, which can rotate 90° in both directions, facilitates the transportation of materials by vehicles such as cranes etc. With this equipment, damage to the machine elevator system is prevented.

PLANETARY WORKING SYSTEM

Side rolls move linearly up and down with pistons hydraulically connected to the body. Thanks to the slide system, the range of the lower and upper rolls is greater than other systems. In this way, thicker materials of different lengths can be bent. (Strong pre-bending and heavy sheet metal bending)

 

ENCODER

Encoder system that is hidden against impacts and measures rotational movement precisely.

MAINTENANCE LAMP

We have made maintenance operations easier with the manageable interior lighting lamp on the touch screen menu.

 

CONICAL SHEET METAL BENDING SYSTEM

With the strong body, side rolls and bottom roll, conical bending can be done at wide angles and various diameters. Side shafts and bottom shaft can move independently and bidirectionally to obtain conical bends at the desired angle. During the conical bending process, if the bending angle is more than 3 degrees, the bending performance decreases due to an unbalanced load distribution on the bearings of the machine. As the bending angle increases, there may be a decrease of up to 50% in length and thickness.

CONICAL BENDING AUXILIARY DEVICES

In addition to the central conical support roller in our SBM series, there are also double-sided adjustable auxiliary rollers on the right and left.

HYDRAULIC OPENABLE – CLOSABLE UPPER SHAFT COVER AND MOVABLE UPPER SHAFT

Hydraulic cover and upward lifting upper shaft are available as standard on our four-ball cylinder bending machines. It allows operators to easily remove the bent material.

HYDROMOTOR AND PLANETARY REDUCER DRIVE SYSTEM

In our four-ball SBM series, the bending of the material is done in fewer stages thanks to the high torque drive system. The shafts are driven by independent hydromotors and planetary reducers and the lower and upper rolls. This system is positioned on the same axis as the shaft. In this way, all power is transferred directly to the material to be bent without any power loss. For example, during pre-bending, the material is prevented from slipping by the continuous compression of the lower and upper rolls, thus preventing possible safety problems and damages.

BOTTOM TOP PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT

All of our SBM sheet metal bending machines have a bottom top pressure adjustment. Thanks to the bottom top pressure adjustment, it provides the opportunity to bend materials of different thicknesses and qualities with precision.

ROPE SWITCH FOR SAFETY

Rope switch is a circuit breaker that provides safe stopping in emergency situations. This system, which is used to ensure machine and human safety, is used in all SBM series to prevent damage to both the worker and the system.

AUTOMATIC BALANCE SYSTEM

In order to make precise bends, the parallelism of the lower roll must be ensured. In our machines, with the PLC electronic balance system, the parallelism of the lower roll is automatically balanced with a single button on the control panel and precise bends can be made.

DURABLE MACHINE BODIES

All Mac Bending machine bodies are designed and reinforced to minimize material deformation. The body of our machines is made of St-52 quality steel. The production process of the entire body is processed with a CNC machining center. This process ensures the parallelism of sensitive surfaces and all axes. It also ensures the long life and precision of the important parts of the machine.
